Been sitting on a number of posts that I don't know I'll ever get out, but I need to spread these few things. [](http://www.flickr.com/photos/factoryjoe/101906181/?ref=chrismessina.me)First, modest Flock update in the wild ([0.5.11](http://flock.com/products/flock/releases/0.5.11.php?ref=chrismessina.me)). Jesse's [got the details](http://www.flock.com/flockstars/releasing-0511/?ref=chrismessina.me) on this updated developer preview. Go [get it](http://flock.com/developer/?ref=chrismessina.me) and tell me what you think!

[](http://www.flickr.com/photos/factoryjoe/101896406/?ref=chrismessina.me)Spent yesterday and some of today scoping out the venue for [Wine Camp](http://barcamp.org/WineCamp?ref=chrismessina.me) with [Miss Rogue](http://horsepigcow.com/?ref=chrismessina.me) (that's Andrew Fèrriere over there -- the proprietor of the Wine Camp venue: [Fèrriere Vineyards](http://rfwine.com/?ref=chrismessina.me)). Had some revelations about how the event should happen -- and started planning the thing in earnest using Backpack. Will have details later this week. In other news, [Mashup Camp](http://www.mashupcamp.com/?ref=chrismessina.me) is tomorrow, the first-ever trademarked decendent of [Bar Camp](http://barcamp.org/?ref=chrismessina.me)! Oh, and not only is there a [signup list](http://www.mashupcamp.com/index.cgi?MashupCamp2&ref=chrismessina.me) for The Son of Mashup Camp already, but the "[Bar Camp of Mashup Camp](http://ross.typepad.com/blog/2006/02/muchocamp.html?ref=chrismessina.me)" -- [*Mucho Camp*](http://www.jluster.org/2006/02/13/muchocamp/?ref=chrismessina.me) \-- will be [taking place](http://www.mashupcamp.com/index.cgi?MuchoCamp&ref=chrismessina.me) at the birthplace of the original Bar Camp -- at [SocialText](http://socialtext.com/?ref=chrismessina.me)'s offices. So if you didn't make it onto the Mashup Camp list, definitely [show your inclination](http://www.mashupcamp.com/index.cgi?MuchoAttendance&ref=chrismessina.me) and then drop by Mucho Camp. What else? Well, [Boxes and Arrows](http://www.boxesandarrows.com/?ref=chrismessina.me) has a [great article](http://www.boxesandarrows.com/view/an%5Fopen%5Fsource%5Fconference%5Fbarcamp?ref=chrismessina.me) about the formation of Bar Camp. A great read. Then we've got [Bar Camp LA](http://barcamp.org/BarCampLosAngeles?ref=chrismessina.me) and [Bar Camp Dehli ](http://barcamp.org/BarCampDelhi?ref=chrismessina.me)coming up March 4-5\. [Bar Camp Austin](http://barcamp.org/BarCampAustin?ref=chrismessina.me) needs posters (yes, [Whurley](http://whurley.com/?ref=chrismessina.me), I'll do them!) I expect those of you heading to [SXSW](http://2006.sxsw.com/?ref=chrismessina.me) to make the pilgrimage to this **stellar** event (trust me, nothing can prepare you for what's in store...)! And finally, [Enric](http://cirne.com/?ref=chrismessina.me) needs help planning and promoting his [Indie Film Camp](http://barcamp.org/IndieFilmCamp?ref=chrismessina.me).
