This would be [useful at BarCamps](http://www.flickr.com/photos/tags/barcampattendees?ref=chrismessina.me), parties and, well, anywhere else that you wanted to speed up the capture-to-Flickr process. Turns out that [Tristan O鈥橳ierney](http://www.otierney.net/?ref=chrismessina.me), a self-proclaimed Mac Geek, has finally [built the solution](http://www.otierney.net/articles/2006/12/13/flickrbooth-finished/?ref=chrismessina.me), which he calls [FlickrBooth](http://www.otierney.net/flickrbooth?ref=chrismessina.me). I [tried it](http://www.flickr.com/photos/factoryjoe/321731373/?ref=chrismessina.me) [out](http://www.flickr.com/photos/factoryjoe/321730356/?ref=chrismessina.me) and not only does it work as described, but it's mind-numbingly [easy to install](http://www.flickr.com/photos/factoryjoe/321726821/?ref=chrismessina.me) and [start](http://www.flickr.com/photos/factoryjoe/321726901/?ref=chrismessina.me) [using](http://www.flickr.com/photos/factoryjoe/321732415/?ref=chrismessina.me). --- ### 馃挰 Comments from the original post **[jessica](http://www.whatcouldbe.com/?ref=chrismessina.me)** 路 2006-12-13 17:08:20 Oh, this is too fab for words. That's where I got the idea. Been in the back of my head for awhile and I finally got time to do the plugin during one of Yahoo!'s internal Hack day events (24 hour coding spree to work on whatever you want). **[Steffen](http://www.wo-gibt.de/?ref=chrismessina.me)** 路 2006-12-14 10:54:39 Love it - great app! **[Jake](http://www.communityguy.com/?ref=chrismessina.me)** 路 2006-12-22 08:19:40 Hot damn this thing is cool! Thanks for the heads up!
