[](http://ryanishungry.com/?p=18&ref=chrismessina.me)[Teh Space](http://tehspace.com/?ref=chrismessina.me) has a new website a new name: [The Hat Factory](http://hatfactory.net/?ref=chrismessina.me), owing to the building's heritage as ...well... *a hat factory*. Still located at [801 Minnesota](http://hatfactory.net/directions?ref=chrismessina.me), it's also pulled in some [new anchors](http://49mobile.blogspot.com/2006/08/im-at-hat-factory.html?ref=chrismessina.me) to flesh out the [regular crew](http://hatfactory.net/about?ref=chrismessina.me) and replace Tara and me as outgoing an anchor while also starting to [charge](http://hatfactory.net/facilities?ref=chrismessina.me) a very reasonable $10/day for Day Trippers. As for [Teh Space](http://tehspace.com/?ref=chrismessina.me), well, it'll likely resurface somewhere else in the city sooner or later. Essentially after the conclusion of our four month experiment, we're looking for a nesting ground for [Citizen Agency, LLC](http://citizenagency.com/?ref=chrismessina.me) that has additional facilities, like a conference room and whiteboards, is somewhere downtown (South Park) and that also isn't imposing on someone's home. We're excited that there'll ultimately be more than one [coworking](http://coworking.pbwiki.com/?ref=chrismessina.me) space in the city for folks to choose from depending on their needs. As we're seeing increasing pick up in other areas like [Boston](http://coworking.pbwiki.com/CoworkingBoston?ref=chrismessina.me), [Paris](http://coworking.pbwiki.com/CoworkingParis?ref=chrismessina.me), [New York](http://coworking.pbwiki.com/CoworkingNewYorkCity?ref=chrismessina.me) and [elsewhere](http://coworking.pbwiki.com/SideBar?ref=chrismessina.me), the outlet for the modern mobile independent is good.

I thought hat factory= teh space. Oops :P. I'm psyched to see where coworking goes. BTW, you should let them know the wifi speed.
