[](http://flickr.com/photos/25419820@N00/57767032?ref=chrismessina.me)My good buddies over at the [supr.c.ilio.us blog](http://supr.c.ilio.us/blog/?ref=chrismessina.me) have [invented a license](http://supr.c.ilio.us/blog/2005/10/30/unique-content-unique-license/?ref=chrismessina.me) that just makes sense. Dubbing it the [Uncreative Uncommons Humor-LinkBack-Don’tRepeat license](http://supr.c.ilio.us/un/hu-lb-dr/01/?ref=chrismessina.me), they've single-licensedly made it safe to publish humorous content on the web without the fear that someone else might get away with retelling one of their jokes who actually doesn't get it.

Makes sense to me. Full disclosure: I designed the [logo](http://flickr.com/photos/factoryjoe/57772891/?ref=chrismessina.me) and icons, borrowing massive inspiration from the original [commons of the creatives](http://creativecommons.org/?ref=chrismessina.me).

**Liners: TagCamp photos and Jeff Jarvis's Congregationalist sermon**Another step to the blogebrity reality: After Jeff Jarvis doesn't meet Digg's Kevin Rose at Web 2.0, Kevin sends son Jake Jarvis an autograph. In other Jarvis news, the Congregationalist spoke at his church about the age of the individual....

I think copyrighting the web is a farce in general. Shouting "Someone stole my code!" is common and usually unenforceable, don't you think?
