In my continuing campaign to make AJAX + XHTML + CSS the future of application development, I wanted to point out [the release of](http://www.mad4milk.net/entry/mootools-released?ref=chrismessina.me) [Mootools](http://mootools.net/?ref=chrismessina.me), an excellent compilation of scripts that perform a subset of things similar to Dojo, but is a much smaller library that's a bit more accessible to code against. Mein Gott. Another JS framework / toolkit / Simons Basic cartridge. These things are like an addiction to me. Gotta learn em all, because my nerd brain compels me. But, I end up only being able to use one, or I roll my own.
