[](http://crazyegg.com/?ref=chrismessina.me)Today [CrazyEgg](http://crazyegg.com/?ref=chrismessina.me), the brainchild of [pinkoteer](http://pinkomarketing.com/?ref=chrismessina.me) Hiten Shah, [finally launched](http://blog.crazyegg.com/2006/08/21/321launch/?ref=chrismessina.me). I've been dying for this to come out for sometime, being the visual person that I am. While [MeasureMap](http://measuremap.com/?ref=chrismessina.me) helps me make sense of the data, it's never really shown me, per page, where the most action is happening -- nor in real time overlays (not to mention that it's [gone silent as of late](http://groups.google.com/group/measuremap-forums?ref=chrismessina.me)). And while Google Analytics has a similar link analysis tool, it's pretty nasty to look at [compared with CrazyEgg](http://www.crazyegg.com/images/overlay.jpg?ref=chrismessina.me). They've also gone the smart (sustainable) route with their [freemium](http://37signals.com/svn/archives2/3%5Fways%5Fto%5Fmake%5Fmoney%5Fwith%5Fyour%5Fsoftware.php?ref=chrismessina.me) [pricing model](http://www.crazyegg.com/pay/plans?ref=chrismessina.me).
