Sunlight Foundation took note of ["Microsoft's Gov. 2.0 advice"](http://blog.sunlightfoundation.com/2009/01/26/microsoft%E2%80%99s-gov-20-advice/?ref=chrismessina.me). Sounds like the giant proprietary beast may try defend its current grip on gov computing in the identity management space.
