[](http://www.flickr.com/photos/factoryjoe/187384059/?ref=chrismessina.me)Home of my favorites [Dalliance](http://www.emigre.com/EF.php?fid=87&ref=chrismessina.me), [Mrs Eaves](http://www.emigre.com/EF.php?fid=109&ref=chrismessina.me) and [Tribute](http://www.emigre.com/EF.php?fid=196&ref=chrismessina.me), Typehaus-cum-designstore [Emigre](http://emigre.com/?ref=chrismessina.me) has finally shed its severe red-and-white design for something much more... *typographic*! I'd argue that this proves their muster in print more than an increased grasp of the online medium (for an example, go blind trying to read their [essays](http://www.emigre.com/Editorial.php?ref=chrismessina.me)) but it's good to see that these Berkeley folks who [shuttered their flagship magazine last year](http://www.emigre.com/EMag.php?issue=69&ref=chrismessina.me) are still alive and kickin'. Bonus redesign: [Upcoming](http://upcoming.org/?ref=chrismessina.me)'s added a [sweet new header](http://www.flickr.com/photos/factoryjoe/186617073/?ref=chrismessina.me)!
