Reviews seemed to be pretty positive about our session, Think Small, which Kosso did a great job filming (yay for vlogging!). You can grab the slides as a PDF (180K) or the original Keynote (1.8MB) (CC Attribution-ShareAlike license). Or, if you're like Chris Pirillo and you feel inspired, you can grab yourself.

it was an awesome session - very inspiring! I have a ton of new idea that I'm going to take back to Intel, and make some cool stuff happen. Thanks! :-)
[...] I’ve always liked Chris Messina…when he was with the SpreadFirefox deal, when he was with Flock…and now that he’s on his own I’ve really liked the stuff that he’s done. He thinks alot (at least in my opinion) on the same lines as I do, and so when I seen this pdf that he did I thought it was worth sharing….think small. [...]

[...] In the meantime, we volunteered to help throw the Microformats One Year Anniversary, we ran a Mashpit, I moderated a marketing workshop at Supernova, we organized and ran a whole weekend of BarCamping in San Francisco, traveled to Seattle to participate in and present at Gnomedex…amongst a few other gigs here and there. Hey Chris, Thanks for the comment back...despite your humbling comments, I still have to say that your accomplishments give me something to strive for...the impact that you've already had on this industry is clear, and impressive. How long have you been involved in this kind of stuff? Oh, you mentioned xyloscope...i actually mentioned it in that safari dev tools post...I think its an awesome tool, though, more helpful in tearing apart someone ELSE's source than my own. Good stuff either way. Again, cheers, and I hope i can provide you with some more insightful reading material.
[...] So there’s three of us so far, and I’d like to top it off with two more to round out the team, keeping it small but having enough talent to make a real difference regardless of the challenges that confront us. And what we’re doing long term (remember I mentioned where we’re going?) is building out the environment, the conditions, the tools and the situation that will allow us, as independents, to do the work that is most satisfying, most gratifying and most of all, most meaningful to us. This won’t happen overnight, but we’ve already got a good jump on the competition, and with tremendous advisors and an excellently small group of agents, I think we’re well on our way to setting the stage for the real Declaration of Independents. [...] Thinking Small seems to be a recurring twist in our biggering and biggering economy these days. A trend that I’m all for, really, and not just because it’s cute, but because, in some ways, it seems to be routed in a philosophy of sharing, rather than competing for the space we have been given. [...]
[...] Tara Hunt , who has a new marketing company with her husband Chris (and “dot” Ben formerly of BBC), pointed out that companies need to participate in the communities they serve (not talking physical communities per se) rather than just expecting the love. [...]
